I interviewed on 8th April and was told I would receive an update by the end of the month. On 16th April I emailed the recruitment specialist to check in and was told they were still interviewing and would share feedback once the process was complete.
I followed up again on 30th April but didn’t receive a response. On 6th May I emailed the hiring managers directly and again received no reply. After that, communication stopped completely.
It was disappointing to invest time into the interview process and then be left without any update or closure, especially after being given a clear timeline. The lack of communication from both recruitment and the hiring managers left a poor impression of how candidates are treated.
Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and disorganised, and it doesn’t reflect well on the company’s culture or respect for applicants.
Advice to management: Please improve communication with candidates. Even a brief update or a simple ‘no’ would show professionalism and respect for people’s time.
