I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Its a five hour interview. No seriously, you're there all day. Different layers of management shuffle in and out asking the same questions. Trust me, you dont want to work there. Trust your gut. Trust these awful reviews.
Roughly four to five people will interview you. They will ask questions about your last company to see if you're a fit for the company culture and to see if you're a team player.
I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Santa Fe Springs, Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Honestly you are going to have to rely on your degree or be in the military. They really favor those too, attempting to be current and woke. If you come in with that kind of attitude you can come in to their pool.

Question 1
If you had inventory, how long would you let it be there, and how would your develop a way so you could sell it and not have a repeat situation?
3 interviews, if you get through all three you're hired. if you get stopped at the second one, that means that you will not be hired, but if you get all three you're in!
