1.Phone/Microsoft Teams meeting with HR - 30 min-1 hr.
2. Next meeting, Teams again with Sales Manager 45 min-1 hr.
3. Final interview (normally) with Sales Manager and VP of Sales
20 min - 45 min, VP is normally quicker, not as talkative
