Process was smooth from day one. Skype interview led to in-person at corporate office. The process was informative and very well thought out. It was apparent that they wanted me to be a good fit for their culture. The reference check was very intense, lengthy and they dug really deep into my professional past. I thought that was very prudent as I had done the same to their upper management and they encouraged it.
