The company cold reached out to me after discovering me on LinkedIn. They had a job listing up, but told me they weren't finding the right person through applications. After 3 interviews with VPs and C-suite execs, I was ghosted. Our conversations were all enthusiastic and thorough and we discussed next steps. The culture of ghosting candidates after multiple rounds of interviews, especially for a senior level role is incredibly disrespectful to the candidates' time. It takes less than 2 minutes to send a response to a follow up email to let the candidate know you're not moving forward. I was very disappointed by this experience.
