Meador Staffing interview questions

Despite having certifications, a degree, and experience in every specified skill, I was passed over as my gap in work history clearly meant i was incapable of performing such "heavy clerical work" as filing or answering a phone. The recruiter also never followed up regarding other positions available. Unprofessional and quite frankly insulting.

I first completed an phone interview. The second step consisted of an in person interview with only one person. I also needed to complete an online competency test. It was fairly simple. They wanted to assess my current skills, through reading, writing and math I believe.
