Meadows Office Interiors interview questions

I had a phone interview scheduled for 3:30pm, but was called at 3:00pm to my surprise. I was totally unprepared for the call at that time, because I was in the middle of something. I received an email a week later telling me I was a good fit. That they were moving on with other candidates, but was surprised to see the the AD up again looking for a receptionist.
