It was very easy because it was a group interview process. So you are on zoom with at least 6 other people who each gets ask one question and then they go over all the things you would need to know before they choose who gets the job.

Have you ever dealt with conflict on the job and how did you solve the issue?

Interview
It was ok. I was well prepared. I researched the background of the company. The questions were the typical interview questions: Tell me about yourself, Give an example of when you had to deal with a difficult customer, why do you think you are a good fit? The interviewer seemed kind of in a hurry.
