MedPro Group interview questions

I had 3 interviews on 3 different days: the first 2 with future team members and the 3rd with corporate personnel. They have a strong focus on excellent customer support so they want to know applicants can comfortably and efficiently handle customers with various temperaments - with examples! Also, what is your attitude towards healthcare providers? Are you willing to learn? They also focus on maintaining a positive company atmosphere. Be ready with examples of that, as well.

They will ask you about your skills and experience, although you still need to elaborate what machine you were using. The nurse manager and director will be the one who will conduct the interview, it will take like an hour, they will include scenarios and test your knowledge about the cases of the unit you want to join with.
