I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at MedRisk (King of Prussia, PA) in May 2016. First, I interviewed at a staffing agency who sent my information over to their company. Within two hours, they set up an interview for later that week. It was conducted by two of the team leads in Customer Service. They each described the slightly different roles in detail, making sure to check in with me for questions or concerns. While they spoke very professionally, they still maintained a friendly demeanor. They were really excited that I knew exactly what each position did. I was offered the job, however this company does a drug test that involves oral, urine, AND HAIR. I was not willing to do hair as I think that's overkill. I therefore rejected their offer. Do not waste your time with this company if you aren't willing to give hair. I wish I would have known hair was involved.

Super easy - most interview questions are just googled by the leadership team. They'll throw a doozy at you sometimes and ask you things like - what part of a bike would you be... What is your greatest weakness? However, interviews do make an impression based on how you write your resume, your appearance, showing up on time and your research into the company itself will show your interest. So be prepared. The agencies sometimes will mess you up and give you the wrong job description but make sure you're prepared either way. The position is also not patient-facing so any responses about "helping patients" doesn't really take you far.
