I shadow, with another medical and everyone was helpful and very knowledgeable . They cross train and that's what I liked. It's good to know front and back office. I enjoyed it. Hoping to get hired at one of the Medstar locations.
I was given a fair interview by a recruiter and a director. I was hired PRN at medstar Montgomery medical center. The hiring process takes 4-6 weeks. The interview is also by microsoft teams.
