Simple process -- knew someone who worked there and they referred me. Got a phone screen call and then was set up for an on-site interview. Oddest on-site interview I have ever had. Wasn't crazy about my interaction and experience I had there so I wasn't all that bummed when I got the rejection email. Turns out, I'm glad I got that rejection. The few people that I know that work there are already looking to go elsewhere or have already left. Sounds like there is a major issue with Middle management being under-qualified and not mature enough to lead a team. Be aware of the"culture" as it's the "in crowd" versus the "out crowd". And when it comes to conflict resolution or even a small disagreement or difference of opinion, no one has your back and it becomes a hostile work environment of "I'm above you so do as I say and I don't care what your opinion is". In the interview process, I would recommend requesting to speak to your potential manager and get a feel for the atmosphere as some of the managers are great. It is really either hit or miss with that category.
