The interview process consisted of a 30 min phone screen with the recruiter, 1 hr peer interview with someone in the role, practical exercise that must be completed in 24 hrs, onsite interview consisting of three 1 hr sessions: 1 Medallian interview (sort of like a culture fit interview but a little different), and 2 interviews by managers on the team. Probably the best interview experience I've had: the entire process took three weeks. The recruiter always got back to me within 24 hours of an interview to update me and schedule the next step. I really, really appreciated that. Everyone I met was incredibly friendly and the process was very transparent (no tricks).
