Interview
I was initially contacted on LinkedIn for an Analyst role in their DC office.
I had an initial conversation with the recruiter, then was given the choice to have an optional interview with one of their tech ical leads or go straight to a technical evaluation. I elected to have the additional interview which helped to better define the role and product for me, as well as understand the role.
The technical evaluation had two parts, a case study write up and some light statistical work. I was given a 24 hour period to complete both, they totalled about 2.5 hours of work.
I then participated in two more interviews with Medallia practice leads. During those interviews it was suggested I would be a better fit for the Sr. Analyst role, and eventually recieved an offer under that title.
The process was well managed throughout, but was rather drawn out due to availability contraints of both myself and the interviewers; totalling about 2 months from the first discussion to the offer.

Can you provide an example of when you failed? How did you take responsibility and how would you have prevent that failure today?
A client's survey response rate has dropped significantly this month from 20% to 5%, what are three possible explanations are there for this sudden change?
The best, most seamless interview process I've ever been involved in. The recruiter was in regular contact. Went from application, interview, and offer within a 2 week span and accepted offer very shortly thereafter.

Describe a time where you had to stretch outside of your comfort zone and how did you handle it?
The questions and technical challenge were fair and relevant. I had the opportunity to speak to some fairly senior people, even though the role I applied for is not. The process was fairly efficient, and I had flexibility in my start date. Overall as good as can be expected.
