This experience was strange from the beginning. After submitting my application online, a recruiter called me unexpectedly in the middle of the workday and asked if it was a good time to talk. I told them it wasn't and I offered some times later that same day or the next that would work. They seemed annoyed I couldn't talk right then and said they would call back "later" but never did. I forgot about it, and several days later they called back again (again no warning). I talked with a recruiter and then scheduled a time to meet with the hiring manager, but a while later the recruiter called back to reschedule that meeting due to a conflict. The meeting was supposed to take place after about a week, but I reached out a few days before to adjust the meeting time by offering some other time slots. They responded saying that they had already made a hiring decision. It felt like they were upset I needed to reschedule and decided to end the process there, even through they showed no respect for my schedule multiple times throughout the process.
