Very detailed and thorough but also very friendly and personable. This was a 4 stage process from head of HR, Hiring Manager, Business Unit Manager, CEO and presentations and Business cases

Multi stage interview all done virtually (as expected by a forward thinking tech company) Straight forward stages, lots of questions around personal experience with the market and culture checks to attract the right sort of people. Each stage was clear and led nicely on to the next. Relatively conversational style interviews with a case study to complete. This makes sense now understanding the Medbelle culture more and selling style wanted.
