It started off with a phone screen with HR, and then a 3 hour interview with the team leader and another mid-level manager. I was told I would hear back soon regarding the third and final interview round, but a few weeks went by with zero contact (even after several follow-ups). Finally after several weeks' delay, I was asked to present a solution for a problem the team was currently working on, followed by several more one-on-one interviews. The one-on-ones signaled some mismanagement and culture issues within the company. One of the interviewers was condescending and questioned my motivations for wanting the position. Another interviewer (a dev) kept referring to code simply not working resulting in features not launching. It is a very young organization, not diverse, fairly disorganized, and top leadership seems to be mostly arrogant white males, affirming a previous reviewer's reference to the "old boys' club."
