First round was a 30 min call with an internal recruiter. Followed by a one hour technical code challenge that involved the head of engineering and a senior engineer. The technical exercise was a medium difficulty leetcode algorithm challenge with minimal to no para programming.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Medely (New York, NY) in Sept 2023
Interview
Recuriter call then tech screen. I was straight up asked a leetcode medium (jugs and containers) problem. I asked the interviewer how this relates to frontend? he said its problem solving (no way, who knew?). Clearly this company has zero clue how to interview for frontend engineers. They are better advertising "General Software Engineer" at that point.
