I received a phone call from their HR Department to do a brief phone screening/information session to gauge if we had a mutual interest and similar vision. After this call, the HR representative sent me an interview confirmation email that contained necessary information about time, location ,etc., but also laying out a couple of the questions I would be asked so I could come prepared with what I would need to be a success at this company.
The interview itself was top-class. It began shortly after the scheduled time (I had to fill out forms), and I interviewed with one of the executives at the company. From the word go, I got the impression that management has a hands-on approach to the business and doesn't find themselves too important to get to know their people.
The interview itself took roughly 45 minutes, but afterwards I was taken to meet another executive to have a brief meet and greet with them. The whole process took just over an hour.
Overall, what stuck out to me the most was the obvious care that went into the work, and that carried over into the interview process.
