MediSystem interview questions

The interview process was professional but long because it is usually performed by a recruiter from outside the company (SDM). Interviews are performed my managers and a traditional formal way.

Friendly; very exhaggerated in terms of job satisfaction, priorities, fairness, appreciation. Emphasis on positive. Nothing mentioned about poor training, chaos, turnover, no salary increase on certain years exploitation, lack of upper management support; stupid obligatory week-end trips to Toronto for conferences, training with NO compensation, intimidation tactics. And no concern for employees health and safety. Unfriendly, hostile staff meetings every morning
