MediaJel interview questions

My interview was with the former Director of Production. It was very casual, as I was interviewing prior to the companies launch and they were still settling in. We discussed my education in video production, past experience and goals in video production. I do not anticipate that this will be a common style of interviewing going forward as we are now settled and selectively hiring individuals rather than building a company prior to launch. I received my acceptance letter via email a little over a week later.
