After an interview with HR, I had a technical interview and then another interview with CoE. They implicitly gave me the offer but told me that the official offer would be after receiving your work permit which they never tried to get for me. They just kept me until they find an easier candidate!

Very easy process. An interview with HR followed by a technical interview and another interview with the head of CoE. They gave me the offer, orally but said that an official offer will come after you get the work permit. The embassy was close and it took some time and finally they laid me off! easy peasy.
