After all the interviews, they made me a verbal offer. Which I asked for a time period to think about it, 2 days later, I accepted the offer just for them to say "oh, we cancelled your offer" . When I asked for reasoning, they listed some random stuff, which were all incorrect and can be easily disproven through the written communication. As for the interview itself, they were mostly messaging with their colleagues and smiling at their messages. It was very weird, but I didn't mind it. They are OK with randomly changing their minds, so be careful if you decide to move on with them.
