Strangely I interviewed with another candidate. They led us both to a poorly decorated conference room with a about 6 employees. They were very intent on talking about how smart they all were. Strange.

Go through your resume. What do you think about our company?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mediander
Interview
Met with everyone at once. In one room and they probed about things it was obvious they totally didn't understand. They looked at me and said: ok we'd like to hire you. When can you start and how much do you want. And then went on to tell me how smart everyone at the company is and how much others can learn from these people. They put a premium on where people went to private school and college.
