I have interviewed here a few times. Each time, hoping the vibe will change. The interviews with leadership are always great. The peer interview consists of registered nurses and social workers, some of whom are uninterested and negative, which always makes me want to withdraw my application during the interview. The lead social worker is not someone I would like to lead me. Those interactions are not worth the money they pay.
