Medicomp interview questions

I was given the job over the phone after speaking with the customer service manager for a few minutes. She was mostly eager to just hire someone and did not really care to hear my Experience. It was a red flag I should have not ignored because once I was hired I realized there are no standards and they only want bodies in their chairs.

Group Interview. They only asked 9 questions. It was a very informal process. You didn't get to talk about your experiences or qualifications, it is purely a personality interview. Candidates got to respond to the question but there was no real discussion between candidates during the interview so it was a very odd situation.
