A complete waste of your time. HR would schedule calls and then never take them. Getting a Google hangout took forever and zero feedback was given. I don't even think they're actually hiring, I think they're just sorting through candidates.

Interview
I understood that the process is as followed. Phone interview with the recruiter and then 1:1 with the hiring manager. If everything went well, then final round of interview with the whole team.
