Applied to job through glassdoor ad. Contacted within a day or two for an interview. Just had the one, 3 interviewers. Very friendly, seemed like a good team dynamic. Offered the next week.
3 interviews total. They were pretty straightforward and scheduled in quick succession. First a quick screening the with talent manager, then hiring manager/your would be boss, then a few folks from your team.

Went through a long interview process, 7 or 8 interviews then got ghosted by the company. First few interviews went good and the final interviewer showed up seemingly in a bad mood and didn't seem like they wanted to even talk.
