I met with the recruiter, he went over their 4-step interview process. I met all the requirements, and met with their VP and they asked a series of questions like whats your weakness, what are your strengths, They wanted multiple answers not just one. We didn't really dive into the actual position. It felt very one-sided, they weren't approachable. Because the market is so saturated they don't take the time to say much about the company and care mostly about questions that don't pertain to the job requirements.
