I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Medithin (Madison, WI) in Jan 2016
Interview
I was really excited to work for MediThin as I heard that the service they provide was helpful and that they really cared about their employees and customers. However, from the first contact, everything seemed to be ran really unprofessionally and disorganized. When I arrived for my interview, it seemed as though they didn't even know who I was. Then in the interview, I was told I would be replacing someone who was still employed and didn't know they were even in the write-up process or in danger of being fired. That was a red flag for me. I couldn't be employed somewhere that didn't give me honest feedback and wasn't upfront if there were problems. Then for the cherry on top, through the entire interview I was told that I was a very well qualified candidate and that I would be at the top end of the wage, but when the offer came in (yes, I did want to see what the offer might be), it was at the low end of the range. I refuse to be misled. It's one thing if you hadn't told me where I stand or gave some sort of justification, but I felt lied to. I did not accept the offer and would strongly encourage anyone applying to pay attention to the red flags.
