Interview
Three stages: 1) Recruiter chat, 2) Technical round with trivia questions and a live coding challenge, 3) Leadership round. Each stage evaluates skills, knowledge, and leadership potential for the role.
FIRST 30min with HR person, then 2h tech interview. Tech interview divided to live coding in react and than more theoretical questions on backend site, like classes types, solid rule, entity framework

Interview with swe: 30 mins questions about the web / scenarios / asks you abt your projects/ sql / design patterns + 30 mins easy-medium leetcode problem
Interview with VP / Manager: coding game but mostly to see how clean your code is (PS: there were ppl applying for the same position that got a system design interview)
Validation interview with CTO / CEO was basically a chitchat to better understand you
