I had two interviews, first with HR recruiter from London (in English), second with CRA manager from Munich (in German). HR was very nice, friendly and competent. We chatted around 30 minutes nonchalantly. CRA manager interview was very intense. I had a feeling manager has just printed out from internet "50 questions to ask during the interview" and just went through them without reacting on what I have said. No reaction to the "ice-breakers" from my side as well. Second interview took around 40-45 minutes. Manger could not answer any of my question at the end that I found a bit odd. Especially the question: what do you like the most in your company just produced a long silence.... There was no offer and maybe for good.

Após isso demorou uma semana para a gerente me contatar por e-mail para agendar uma conversa, na mesma conversa ela já me aprovou. Dois dias depois veio a carta proposta.
