A phone interview invitation arrived right on the other day after my application and it was conducted by the hiring manager who was only available after 2 weeks. It went okay - the questions were classic and he seemed friendly, and I got told the next step would be probably having an in-person interview in the office. A couple days later another phone interview invitation arrived and this time I was interviewed, quite spontaneously, by another two HR ladies. It was a pretty "cold" but rushy conversation and I could hardly feel the ladies at the other end of the line were actually interested in exploring my profile further. There's no next-step any more and after THREE months till now there is still no feedback, though they keep editing the same vacancy and have it online the whole time. It's interestingly quite hard to interpret what approach they are trying to apply.
