When I showed up for my first interview, the hiring manager came into the room, told me she had already identified who she wanted for her position, but asked if I would be interested in a different position. I was agreeable to interviewing for the second position. She came back 15 minutes later and told me that hiring manager wasn't available to do an interview that day and said they would need to schedule a second interview with me. I found this rather rude as I had traveled quite a distance to attend the interview and was only seen by a manager for 10 minutes.
