I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Medpace (Dallas-Fort Worth) in Jan 2023
Interview
Initial phone screen. Followed by in person interview with one person on site. At site visit there is a portion of interview with HR on the phone who verifies resume facts. Asks about salary range but is unable to give you a direct answer for salary range for the job it self. In person portion of the interview is good, with question regarding skill set, 5 year plan, 10 year plan, and of course the presentation on why you are fit for a CRA role.

Interview

HR was on leave so the department head interviewed me directly, it was over an hour a bit exhausting though. During the interview she asked whether I have some clinical trial hands on experiences which was negative as I’m the fresh Graduate
