This experience was from about a year ago. I did 5 interviews total: 1) Recruiter screen 2) Hiring manager interview 3) Skills assessment take-home project 4) Panel interview 5) VP interview I made it to the final round. The process took probably about 3-4 months from my application to the end. Interviews were fairly straightforward questions and people were nice. My biggest frustration was that at the end of the process, I had to reach out to the recruiter to find out that they had hired another candidate after waiting about 2 weeks of silence after my final interview. I spent a lot of time and energy on interviews so I think it would have been more courteous to let me know.
