      Senior Professional Clinical Educator Interview

      27 May 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Boulder, CO
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Medtronic (Boulder, CO) in Mar 2016

      Interview

Two 45" screening phone calls with immediate supervisor and her supervisor, then a 7-hour onsite interview with 10 individual people - some on the work team, and others were partnering teams. Staff & managers were very friendly, and seemed engaged. Interviews appeared to go well. Hiring manager repeatedly verbalized high interest in me, but at all post-interview phone meetings (which she set up), she neglected to contact me. Finally, after 10-wks, responded to my email inquiry by saying they were moving on to other candidates.
