Interview
Long and drawn out. After application it was difficult to know what the status of the position was. The communication between talent aquisition and the local hiring area didn't always seem aligned.
Director reached out and scheduled a chat. Described their organization within the giant. What each teams bring to the table and hurdles for upcoming projects. Process described but no timeline.

Interview
Given 2 interviews online, then given a technical test. Upon clearance given 3rd personal interview onsite. It took 2-3 months in this process. Then never heard back from them for around 6 weeks even after reminders. Not professional.
Quick in scheduling interviews. Total Four rounds of interviews. 2 interviewers were not even paying attention when I was answering. Recruiter took lot of time to communicate final result. Interview experience can be improved a lot.
