Hard to know what was required for the role from the job description. Process was fine and people were pleasant. Online audio wasn't great. Didn't get the role but still unsure what they wanted from the applicant in terms of technical skill etc.

I received an email where a interview was settle with 3 person 1 from HR and 2 engineers. It last about 30 minutes. The first 10 min were about telling about my background throughout my CV after that they show me a device that is made by the company and the following questions were about the design of it. For instance, "What kind of materials can we use for this part? what are the requirements, etc."

Initial resume screening followed by two phone interviews. I applied online through my university career site. I got an email that I had to schedule a phone interview. I then got a second email saying I had a second interview, this was with my hiring manager. He asked technical questions and asked about my research experiences.
