I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Medtronic (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
A recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn about a Systems Engineer role. We exchanged a few emails and set up a phone screen. During our 30 minute call, I thought the interview went fairly well, but I never heard back from Tiffany. After several emails requesting feedback, I gave up. I understand recruiters are busy, but this was a company I had always held in high regard that had reached out directly to me. The least the recruiter could have done was to respond to an email.

Do you have experience with requirements gathering?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic in Aug 2025
Interview
3 rounds in total. All technical. Last round was with the Hiring manager and in person. I had cleared all the three rounds. But HRs are unprofessional. During the interviews they would call multiple times but after clearing all the round there is no communication from them. Started to Ghost. But the interview panel was excellent.
2 screening interviews and a half day virtual interview. The half day virtual interview was with multiple members of the team as well as some of their coworkers from other departments and included a short presentation I had prepared.

Question 1
Describe how you dealt with a challenging coworker on a project.
Process was inappropriate. The interview was taken via a phone and the quality of interview was not the best. I wish the setup would be more professional. I made it to the second round.
