Initial Communications were good.
Round 1 - Online Written/MCQ/Coding Test - Very well crafted test from Hirepro site
- Manual Testing questions, Java programs, SQL questions, Analytical reasoning (Don't know why they have this section for experienced people).
Round2 - Technical Interview - Not up to the mark and not analysing the candidate properly.
- Interviewer joined late.
- She asked me thrice like what challenges u faced in ur entire career. This old school question is still asked in 2020 :-)
- They will give u one Java program and you can solve it. But if u couldn't solve it in the way they wanted then they won't even give u other programs to assess u. That's it as per their assumption u are a non-coder and you are out of Medtronic.
- Again for name sake she asked two easyJava questions and said I'm done.
- 45 min interview lasted only for 25 mins
Note: Access the candidate completely for 45 min and don't judge them with a single program
