One initial general behavioral interview. Then was reached out to by the manager of the team for one more behavioral interview where I went through my resume. After that was offered the job.
The interview was kind of short about five questions. Asked mostly questions around how you work with people and on projects. For example, if a project didn’t go your way what do you do?
Behavioral interview. Asked why I wanted to work at Medtronic. How have you dealt with conflict in a team? Got a sense they wanted a curious, self-starter personality. Opportunity to get full-time role if successful in internship position.
