This is not really like this formal interview. It just on phone call, asking basic information, nothing difficult problems. And after that, you can come and start training, but they require you to memorize their recipe, after that you have to pass their test to become a official employee there.
They went straight to asking you their questions from a list. No getting to know me. First interview was thr0ugh the phone with a chance at a second interview in person.
