Spoke with a store manager within days of applying for the position. Was moved on to the 2nd round of interviews, which involved me meeting with a different location's store manager (all virtually)

How do you engage with customers when they walk through the door?
Simple and straightforward; heard back from applying fairly quickly and was also able to secure and interview fairly quickly. Proceeded to do an interview online with standard interview questions as well as questions about the brand.

It was relatively quick to find a date to interview and it was nice and quiet to talk. Lasted about 20-30 minutes.The interviewer discussed her role and the company quite well. If you don't have experience, might not work out.
