After the initial application process, you'll speak with a team member for an initial phone screening call. Once you've done that you're invited back for a group informational session. They'll discuss the company's products and introduce their team. After that, there is a formal group interview where you will do a passion speech and speak about something you're proud of yourself for. You will then move on to the one on one more formal interviews.
The entire process felt a little juvenile. This would be a great job for someone recently out of college. I wouldn't recommend this for someone more established in their career.

Interview
First, there was an open house at their office (with beer and wine), during which myself and about 10 other candidates got to meet a good handful of the Meltwater employees, including two of the managing directors of the locations. They gave a thorough presentation about the company, the Meltwater product, and the culture, and gave us the chance to ask questions.
Those who they liked (I only noticed one person not called back) were invited to a same-day group and individual interview process. The day started off with a refresher of the things covered at the open house followed by a few group exercises and presentations. Afterward, they instructed us to hang around the area and they would call us to follow up about either same-day, or next day individual interviews.
I was not granted an individual interview, and this would not have been a big issue (beyond mildly hurt feelings and disappointment) if not for the fact that they very literally forgot to call me. I went for lunch with two other candidates and they were contacted within an hour and I didn't get a call. I wandered around for about two more hours before returning to the interview site and being informed that they totally forgot to call me and let me know they did not want to move forward. It made the rejection that much worse that they totally forgot about me and said something about the company that the hiring manager of the East and area director were present and didn't make sure that every candidate got a follow-up. I hope if they continue to interview in such large pools, they will be more careful to be professional to each and every candidate, even if they don't want to move forward.
