I applied online. I interviewed at Meltwater (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
I had a preliminary interview with HR, who then scheduled a follow up in-person interview with the hiring manager. I arrived on the day of my interview and waited for over 30 minutes in the lobby. Once the hiring manager arrived they told me I was a day early (I was not, I triple checked) - but they could sit with me for a bit. It was clear they hadn't reviewed my resume or been briefed on my experience so the conversation was brief and uninspiring.
They make you do a group presentation whereby they assess your communication skills. Furthermore they assess how you handle objection. This is because within sales you will encounter a lot of rejection.
Recruiter kept forgetting information about me during the process. Super unprofessional and was obviously trying to hit quota rather than find qualified candidates. Second round was a group interview, then the last round is individual again
Three interviews - one group one final
One introductory call
-group was over zoom and they put you in groups to come up with a company that could use meltwater
-group was fairly easy
-final interview roleplay
