Honestly, I feel like the interview process went well. I feel like it takes a long time to just get an interview. If I applied for a job in September/October, why is the application still "under review"? I probably wouldn't have a chance if I hadn't gone to the hiring events, mind you, I went to the hiring events about 3 times now. I went to the interviews, and they claimed they had "loved" me as a candidate and never called back.
