Peer to peer review, my interview was very informal and uncomfortable. They forgot that I was coming and had to pull a nurse and a technician off the floor in order to interview me. They were not prepared and it was rushed. When it was over I had no idea where I stood or any read on how it went.

Applied for the job and received an email for a phone screening. It was a two step process. Phone screen with the recruiter and then a 30-45 minute interview with the hiring manager in person. Then I received a job offer a little over two weeks later. I accepted.
Thorough, extensive. Quick and to the point. Involved the manager, 2 employees on the unit over zoom. Was asked questions about the medical side of the unit and had time to ask any questions

My interview process was great. Everything took about 2 weeks. My recruiter was phenomenal, she answered all my questions and was very easy to reach. The manager I interviewed with was nice and informative. So far I have had a good experience!
