I applied online. I received a message about three days letter to set up a phone screen call. I did the phone screen call and at the end of the call scheduled for a phone interview two days letter. The phone interview was with a talent acquisition specialist. It was mainly behavioral based make sure to study the STARS method and material was sent over by the recruiter to prep in advance. After the phone interview, it took about two weeks to be scheduled for an in person interview. The in person interview was with two hiring managers. I was mainly asked behavioral based questions. The in person interview went well but it's important to do your research regarding the company and also being prepared to answer different behavioral questions.

First they have you record yourself and do an AI interview then they have you schedule an in person interview. I got the invite for an in person interview the same day I finished my ai interview.
