Not formal. No standard interview questions, manager asked questions from the top of his head. More interested in my personality vs my work history. We spoke about the culture and thought I would be a good fit. This position requires a Bachelors in HR, I had to get them a copy of my official transcripts.

I was told this position had a salary of $30,000 per year. On my 1st day I found out that was a lie, it pays $11.25 an hour.
